It's incredible base for visiting some must see attractions in Lido di Venezia. Only 5 min walk to downtown. Will be back, can recommend it to others.

great breakfast and very helpful staff. our room had a sunny balcony. hotel was placed close to such tourist sites as san lazzaro degli armeni. close to the airport, 25 min drive.
